Madeline joined the agency in January 2004. She started her insurance career in 1983 with Metropolitan and then moved to Prudential where she served as sales manager. Madeline holds the LUTCF designation and has extensive training and experience in Life Insurance Services. We are very fortunate to have her assisting our clients in matters of life, disability, medical and long-term care insurance services.

Helen joined our agency in 1988 and has become our Commercial Lines Specialist. In this role she uses her extensive knowledge of rating and underwriting to help our business clients manage their policies. Additionally, she oversees the $1 billion of property our clients have insured with us.

Kristy joined our agency in 2011. She holds a Business Administration degree and has had 8 years of insurance experience before coming to us. Five of those years involved working for Farmers. In her previous capacity with Farmers she trained new agents so she brings an invaluable background in Farmers’ systems and resources.

Maya joined our agency in 2004 and originally oversaw our agency’s information technology requirements. She subsequently became licensed and now serves as our specialist in the development of new business-insurance accounts.
